The Sugo alle Cozze e Vongole Toscana in Tavola ® reflects the passion of the Tuscan inhabitants for mussels and clams. A little bit everywhere, along all of our coasts, from the Versilia area down to the Maremma area, it’s likely to bump into some small stalls where it’s easy to savour these super fresh and just fished seafood, even raw with just a little lemon juice on the top. Or you can taste seafood in soups, along with toasted bread dip inside the water left in which the seafood’s been previously cooked.
But, all the fish lovers, in Tuscany, especially during the summer, love dining at the beach, enjoying the nice sea breeze and savouring a good dish of spaghetti with mussels and clams!
That’s why we tried to transmit you at least a bit of this atmosphere through our product, in order to let our customers savour the sea even when far away.
